Our Munson Rotary Batch Mixer provides for 100 percent uniform particle distribution, 100 percent liquid coating, offering the fastest cycle times while being extremely gentle on the finished blend.

Our high-speed semi-automatic capsule filler, the Capsugel Ultra™ III offers highly advanced technology and components to ensure cleanliness and protect the products’ integrity.

Our Capsugel Ultra™ III introduces quality and performance with innovative operational features that streamline the production process and facilitate speed to market providing process speeds of up to 33,000 capsules per hour. Combined with our unsurpassed service you’re assured of reliable productivity for your product when needed!

We have the ability to produce very small capsules (#2) to the very large (#00) size capsules. In addition to size, we can also produce capsules based on various color as well as adding design such as your company logo imprinted on each capsule.
